Since 2004, Suite 6 has been engaged by landowners SLR and developers Westcor, WDP and RED Development to provide commercial master planning and design oversight for the approximately 1800 acre commercial core at Prasada. Our firm’s responsibilities have ranged from master plan visioning studies to leadership on the Prasada Design Review Committee, providing oversight to independent projects within Prasada. In between, we have been engaged in site specific projects including the Cactus Power Center, the Waddell West Power Center, 303 AutoShow at Prasada, the Regional Shopping Center and numerous peripheral land studies. Other responsibilities have included the development of common Perimeter Design Guidelines for commercial projects, PAD amendments, a comprehensive master signage plan, a temporary sign program and the integration of master theming principles throughout the development.
