Scottsdale 101 is a 70 acre power center for Westcor Partners at a major valley crossroads. Featuring a premiere appearance from Harkins Cine Capri Theaters, the master plan was crafted to serve major retailers with high visibility and shopper-friendly orientation. Building designs allow for a high degree of individual tenant identity, within a complimentary palette of materials and colors, creating an eclectic village. Pedestrian areas feature custom shade elements, courtyards, paseos, seat walls and native desert plant materials to highlight the unique setting and character of the surrounding high desert environment. Other tenants include: Bed Bath & Beyond, Babies R Us, Sports Authority, and Borders Books and Music. |
